Winter hair care

Prevent winter hair problems

Since we’ve been over Halloween and have stepped into December everything is about Christmas. This is my favourite period during winter and I’m sure I’m not alone with this feeling. I can’t wait visiting Christmas markets with those wonderful lights and delicious foods and drinks. Nevertheless besides all the festive fun and preparations we have to remember that also our skin and hair need special care during the coldest season. We have to protect our hair and scalp from cold and its effects. Otherwise you can face one (or more) of the following hair problems:

  • Hair loss
  • Thinner hair
  • Oily hair
  • Dry, itchy scalp
  • Dandruff
  • Static hair
  • Split ends

Protect your hair from cold weather.

Hair loss and thinner hair is a typical problem because when the temperature is too low the circulatory system of our body gets less efficient. It means also hair follicles get less oxygen and nutrients. Using hot tools also matters a lot. I don’t really like using hair dryers so I usually just let my hair dry but in winter I often use it. And the result can be even more dry hair and split ends. For protection against cold the most of us choose to wear hats, while others prefer not to wear them because it can make hair oily. I don’t like feeling cold so I’m in the first type but I did experienced its bad effects as well. As far as I see it’s very important to choose the right hat. It is better to avoid too tight ones because they can reduce the airing of your hair and scalp. In my opinion the best decision is buying one that’s made of natural material. If you want to do more for the health and beauty of your hair think about nutrition and vitamins as well. Besides drinking less in winter we eat less vitamins, too. So it’s really important to have a balanced diet. Nutritional supplements can help you to provide the sufficient vitamins and hair masks can prevent split ends. Prevention is the main goal. When the ends are already split, only a hair cut helps.

Protect your hair from cold in winter.

Try to avoid using hot tools too often but still remember not to go to bed with wet hair. Hot tools can make your hair and scalp dry but you run the risk of scurfy scalp if you don’t let them dry before you go to sleep. And maybe it looks strange to put oily hair and dry hair in the same list but both of them is a real problem. Well, to share some experience of my own I used to face both problems in the same time. Given I wear hat when it’s too cold I have to shampoo more frequently because the roots get oily really soon. In the meantime the ends are dry and get brittle very easily because of the cold weather and less nutrients.  And about shampoo … rinsing with hot water can make your hair dry, too. So at the end of my hair wash procedure I rinse my hair with cooler water instead of too warm (just cooler but not cold because that can make hair static) and I decided to use hair masks only for the ends.

Winter hair care is not that simple but there are ways to cut bad effects of cold weather and keep your beautiful locks during winter. Don’t forget the right hat, a hair mask and a balanced diet.

Hair problems in Autumn

Although I love summer there’s still something special about autumn for me. Just like about yesterday’s weather. It was raining in the little town I live, in the U.K. but the raindrops were so small like really tiny snowflakes. Like the ones you do believe that won’t ever make you soaked. Of course it will and whatever hairstyle you made in the morning you’ll see something totally different in the mirror after getting home. 😀 But this is just one side of autumn. You may face „autumn-challenges” because of stronger wind and damp weather. Another side is already having some hair damages because of summer. Let the reason be the high temperature, the pool or sea-water or using more styling products, your hair may need some extra care to prevent hair problems in autumn.

Hair care in autumn

It’s possible that you took a good care of your hair whole summer and it’s in perfect condition so you just need to keep the health and beauty of it. Or you may have some negative results of summer.

Let’s see what kind of hair problems you may face in autumn.

  • Damaged cuticle: During summer the protective layer of your hair often gets damaged. It’s because of the high temperature, the sun and yes, because of the sea as well. The result may be vulnerable hair with less shine getting tangled very easy.
  • Dry and brittle hair: If you cared more about having fun (which is essential on sparkling summer days) than protective hair care routine you possibly have dry hair and maybe scalp. The reason of dry hair may be because of the damaged cuticle. Dry scalp often gets worse as the temperature rises and you sweat intensively.
  • Dandruff: Sometimes dandruff is the reason of itchy scalp. Other times dandruff can be the result of itchy scalp because scratching too much may hurt the skin. Unfortunately there’s not a season when you are safe from dandruff because many things can lead to this problem. Hot temperatures and sweating too much is just a little part. See more info here.
  • Thinner or less hair: Yes, it can happen to lose more hair when summer ends than usual. They protect your scalp from UV radiation than they fall away. It is like a natural cycle of body so you don’t need to worry about it too much but need to accept that it’s a common hair problem in autumn.

Dry, brittle hair in autumn

What can you do to get back or keep the health and strength of your hair?

  • To get rid of hair problems in autumn you can start with hair trimming. It’s essential to cut split ends before the damage will get worse. It will make it also easier to grow your hair for autumn and winter if you like.
  • Given many of us want perfect pictures from holidays and use a lot of styling products for this purpose it’s a good idea to clear your hair and scalp to remove build-ups. Use a clarifying shampoo.
  • Choose hair care products with extra moisturizing ingredients and prefer natural components.
  • To fight against thinning hair you can provide extra care with special hair and scalp treatments like Philip Kingsley Tricho 7 Volumizing Hair And Scalp Treatment For Fine/Thinning Hair
  • Vitamin D is necessary to grow healthy hair but as summer goes by and days get shorter and shorter the level of this Vitamin drops. Now your diet is getting even more important in order to provide it in a sufficient amount. Fatty fish can help about it. Nevertheless during the colder seasons it possibly becomes necessary to take nutritional supplements.
  • Choose good quality styling products. They can help to prevent even more hair problems in autumn and also about fighting against fly-away hair.

As you have already experienced cold seasons may have negative effects not only on skin but hair and scalp, too. Clarifying and moisturizing is really important but there cannot be one good way of providing extra care for your head of hair because it’s essential to adjust it to your personal needs and to the state of your hair and scalp. You may need to make some changes in your hair care routine. As far as I see the necessary steps cannot be just listed and followed by every single person because of some possible differences regarding the hair damage or structure. I hope you have found your answers about hair problems in autumn. If not, or just want to give a feedback you can do it in comments, at info@yourbeautyhair.co.uk or contact me by clicking here.

Natural oils in hair care 2.

Olive oil in hair care

Given I really like natural solutions I decided to write a little about another love of mine, olive oil in hair care. I was just a little girl when I decided to eat less meat and more vegetables. Those days olive oil was just a material for me to make my food healthier and I didn’t even think about using it in beauty and hair care. Maybe I was just too young for that with no wrinkles. 😉 Well, time passed and I became more and more open to using natural oils in beauty and hair care. Olive oil is one of the most effective choices having been used for such purpose for years. As a medical solution it was used already in Ancient Greece. My favourite point about natural oils is being simple and pure with no artificial additives.

Olive oil to moisturize your hair

Let’s just discover step by step

Olive oil is made by pressing whole olives. The Mediterranean region is the home of olive trees and they have been grown for thousands of years. The largest producer is Spain but Italy and Greece are also in the business. Why is it so popular among natural solutions? What are the reasons for more and more persons to use olive oil in hair care? More than 80 percent of the oil is oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid, being useful not only in beauty care but in health care, too. Another important fact is being rich in antioxidants that can help about strengthening the immune system. And anti-inflammatory agents can also be found it this oil that works similar to ibuprofen. There is quiet high amount of Vitamin D and Vitamin K in olive oil and this is a perfect environment for them because they need fat for absorption.

Use olive oil for healthy and beautiful hair.

Olive oil in hair care

Besides beauty care olive oil has been used in hair care for many years. It’s perfect for moisturizing hair because it can penetrate the hair shaft. Your hair will be softer and stronger after regular usage and shiny due to smoothing the outer cuticle of hair. To sum up the benefits of using olive oil in hair care:

  • Oil treated hair is able to keep more moisture. It’s true not only about olive oil but other oils like coconut oil or argan oil, too.
  • Vitamin E, as an antioxidant , protects your skin from damage caused by free radicals and makes your hair moisturized and healthy.
  • It can help to protect your hair from physical damage. It is really useful not only when you use a lot of styling products but also to prevent split ends.
  • If you already have split ends, olive oil (other oils also) can temporary hide them by filling the gaps between cuticle cells. (The result lasts only till the next hair wash)
  • If you have dandruff because of dry scalp an olive-oil scalp massage can help to get rid of it. Using olive oil in hair care moisturizes not only your hair but your scalp, too. In the meanwhile keep in mind that dandruff may have several reasons and not an online forum or blog is the right place to find your reasons. It is strictly something for your doctor.
  • It may be an effective treatment to certain kinds scalp infections caused by fungus. Unsaturated fatty acids slow down the growth of such infections.

Olive oil for natural hair care.

How to use olive oil in hair care?

Use virgin or extra virgin olive oil. Due to my experience making a scalp massage with olive oil or applying it as a hair mask are the most effective ways.

  • For scalp massage:

Use just a small amount. 1-2 teaspoon of olive oil is enough. Massage your scalp for a few minutes then rinse your hair and scalp. After use the shampoo you regularly use. If your scalp and hair is really dry you may want even more effective moisturizing. If so leave the oil on your hair using a shower cap for 15 minutes and rinse, shampoo after.

  • For hair mask:

If you decided to use olive oil in hair care and prefer to apply it as a hair mask, put lukewarm oil on your scalp and massage it shortly then leave it on your hair for a few hours or even for the night. Use a shower cap or a towel. Of course you can also use other ingredients, like a few drops of tea tree oil or peppermint oil. It will have special scent and an extra antimicrobial effect. My favourite hair mask is made of olive oil, avocado and honey. It’s made of one avocado, one tablespoon of olive oil and one table spoon of honey. Mix these ingredients well and put the mixture on your hair and scalp for 20 minutes. Use a shower cap. 20 minutes later rinse your hair thoroughly.

There is one more important thing about using natural oils, like olive oil, in hair care. They are beneficial for everybody because of the moisturizing effect but it’s better to consider what your hair and scalp needs are. You need to choose the right frequency or mixture for your hair type. You can use natural oils even for greasy hair and scalp but it’s better to add a few drops of essential oils with antibacterial effects mainly if greasy scalp is associated with dandruff (caused by bacteria). I would suggest once in a month usage in this case. For dry and thick hair you can use it once a week.

Use extra virgin Olive oil for health and beauty.

The decision is always yours. The product range is huge. You can decide to buy a shampoo or a conditioner with olive oil. You can choose ready to use hair masks or you can buy pure olive oil and make your own mixtures. Whatever you choose you can do a lot for the health of your hair and scalp with using olive oil in hair care. Permed or coloured hair would also be grateful for such a treatment.

Beautiful hair from the roots to the ends

When we say beautiful hair we all have a picture in our minds of healthy hair in fact. Silky and shiny with no breakage. Well, it is not easy to keep healthy and beautiful hair from the root to the ends. To do it you need to defeat split ends. In case you would like to avoid the fastest and undoubtedly effective way of getting rid of split ends – the hairdresser – you can try to fix them by understanding the reasons they appear. And after you can try to avoid or minimize these factors.

Defeat split ends for heathier hair.

When you face the problem of split ends you need to know that this is not something that must be like that. Breakage is a result of the way you handle your hair. And also some environmental factors may have bad effect on the state of your head of hair. Dry hair will possibly result split ends too. The regular usage of a blow-drier, the hair styling routines and tools with hot temperature or choosing not the proper comb also make it more difficult to defeat split ends. Even the hot weather itself during summer can make your hair dry and take part in the appearance of split ends.

Your habits will have an effect on the health of your hair.

The key to defeat split ends is in prevention. All other tricks are only temporary. Think through the following pieces of advice to grow healthy and beautiful hair from the roots to the ends.

  • Avoid brushing wet hair.
  • Minimize the usage of hot tools.
  • Provide UV protection for your hair.
  • Eat healthy. If you’re short of folic acid, biotin or other nutrients your hair will be more vulnerable. Consider taking nutritional supplements.
  • leave-in conditioner is a good choice.
  • Use hair mask to nourish your hair.
  • Trim your hair regularly.
  • Consider wearing fabric hair ties instead of rubber rings.

So, unfortunately prevention is the only real way to defeat split ends. There’s no magic to make them disappear right now. The question is what can you do if you already have the problem but you don’t want to trim it immediately or you don’t have the time to run to your hairdresser? There is a way to get rid of split ends but only untill the next time you wash your hair. The solution is using oils or creams to hide them. If you rather buy ready to use products try this hair mask on the ends with the innovative ingredients of CS7. Even if you prefer natural remedies you have a wide range of solutions. You can try coconut oil, castor oil, argan oil, olive oil, tea tree oil or rosemary essential oil too.

Grow beautiful hair from the roots to the ends.

We all want to be healthy, and healthy is beautiful but it happens regularly that we realise our bad habits or poor care only when we already have problems. Try to prevent instead of solve the damage. That is the real key to defeat split ends. I’m open to your questions, feedbacks or experiences at info@yourbeautyhair.co.uk or by clicking here.

Coconut oil in hair care

Today’s product range is really huge whatever market you’re searching on. Producers try to serve all kind of needs of the customers. Moreover they also generate some, but that is another topic about business and profits. What I’m thinking about is the fact that you can find hundreds of products for one problem or need. Presenting new products time after time is also basic. Ready to use products from the lowest price to the luxury category. Nevertheless there are still a lot of people who prefer natural solutions just like coconut oil in hair care.

Coconut oil for beautiful hair.

The usage of coconut oil has its history. It has always been used in Polynesian cultures as a beauty product. Though it can be used in face care, like an under eye area treatment and can also be used as a natural UV filter I’m gonna write about how to use coconut oil in hair care. First let’s see the benefits you can enjoy if you decide to give it a try.

  • An effective way of nourishing and moisturizing scalp and hair
  • It can reduce hair breakage
  • It helps to manage frizz hair
  • Improves hair growth
  • It can help to get rid of dandruff
  • It can penetrate the hair follicle and make scalp healthier
  • It can make hair stronger and fuller
  • A possible treatment for split ends

Moisturize your hair with coconut oil

As you can see using coconut oil in hair care has a lot of benefits. But how can you apply it on your hair? Choose extra virgin coconut oil. To bring the solid oil to a manageable state you need to heat it. Avoid using microwave oven because the oil may be less effective after. The best way is warming it with the help of a bowl of hot water. After it’s melted apply the oil on damp or dry hair. Before the usage you need to decide about the purpose of the treatment. If the aim is nourishing your scalp you need to massage it into the roots while for a conditioning effect (or if your scalp is too oily) it is enough to leave it only on your hair for minimum 30 minutes. After 30 minutes rinse your hair and scalp with warm water and enjoy the smell of this wonderful oil. For a richer scent you can drop essential oils into coconut oil before applying. My favourite is jasmine. 😉 If you face the problem of split ends apply coconut oil on the ends without rinsing.
If you like natural remedies give a chance to extra virgin coconut oil like this fractionated coconut oil or this cruelty-free coconut oil.

And feel free to share your experiences. I am open to any feedback or question at info@yourbeautyhair.co.uk or by clicking here.

Moisturize for shiny and soft hair

Who needs a leave-in conditioner

Several years before when 2in1 products became popular a significant part of people changed their hair care routine and started to use such shampoos. The ones who wanted to save some time for sure. Well, it can be really practical if you need to look after your children when you finished your exhausting shift at work. Nevertheless as time went by more and more people changed their mind and got back to the „normal” way of using a shampoo first and a conditioner after. And today? 🙂 If you really care about the health of your hair you don’t stop by these two steps. You can choose different kinds of hair treatments to be applied after your shampoo (and conditioner). A leave-in conditioner can also be a kind of a hair treatment given the conditioner to be rinsed is not replaced with it in every occasion.

Moisturize your hair with leave-in conditioner

Let’s see the reasons why a leave-in conditioner is worth a try:

  • Thanks to the extra moisturizing it makes your hair soft, nourished and shiny. Even coloured hair.
  • It can do a lot about curly hair. Using a leave-in conditioner can make your curles more manageable given it makes it easier to comb your hairlocks.
  • I would say it is a must if you use hair styling tools with heat. Such a product may prevent or reduce the possible damages caused by the high temperature.
  • Given it will remain on your hair till the next time you wash it, it can be able to provide some protection against the environmental damage too.

My reason to try this type of conditioning was the fact that I had always been suffering from fragile hair. I wanted to provide my hair and scalp as much nutrients as possible. In my case leave-in conditioners worked but I didn’t stop by external solutions. I know that many circumstances can have an effect on hair so I decided to take vitamins too. My advice for you is something similar. External solutions may solve some problems but we need to keep in mind that our human body builds hair itself so it’s essential to make sure about taking enough nutrients.

Use a leave-in conditioner on a towel dried hair

But… to answer the question of the title of this post 🙂 You may need a leave-in conditioner if you face the problems like dry, blowzy, faded hair or use hot styling tools. On the other hand it can also be an effective way to prevent such problems and make your hair easier to style. If you decide to give it a try remember to apply it on a towel dried hair and not under the shower.

Benefits of clarifying shampoos

How can a clarifying shampoo can help about healthy hair

Reading more and more about hair care as many aspects as possible I regularly find articles about using a clarifying shampoo for deeper cleansing. A few years ago I didn’t even think about using different kinds of shampoos in the same period of time. I mean I just choose one, used it for a few months and after… depending on the results I searched for another one if I wasn’t satisfied. I didn’t think about the different roles and different benefits of different kinds of shampoos. Now I think it is a mistake. Hair may need specail care depending on several things like hair styling habits or just different nutrients as seasons go by.

Clarifying shampoo on Your Beauty Hair

I decided to try a clarifying shampoo and it was a good decision. It is the best solution to bring hair in a condition when you can make other hair care products or remedies even more effective. I think using a clarifying shampoo is really under-appreciated. It can remove all those small parts remaining on your hair from your regular conditioner or hair styling products. Nevertheless it is not suitable for using only this type of shampoo every occasions because it can make your scalp dry. You need to be careful using a clarifying shampoo and consider the special needs of your hair. Though some advice to use it once a week I am still not sure about it because of the different hair care routines and the different frequency of  washing our hair. If you wash your hair daily and use a lot of hair styling products once a week can be reasonable. While if you wash it only twice a week once a week usage means every second occasion. I feel it too much so I would suggest once in two or three weeks usage.

To summ up the benefits of using a clarifying shampoo regularly:

  • It can make hair care products like a hair mask even more effective.
  • It helps to remove build-ups not only from your hair care and styling products but nicotine, chlorine or environmental pollutants too.
  • Using it a few days before hair colour can result a more intensive colour (while after dying you need to be careful because using clarifying shampoos can fade the colour. So keep it in mind).
  • In case of greasy hair regularly usage of a clarifying shampoo can really do a lot to make your locks more manageable.

Clarifying shampoo can help about healthy hair

This effective clarifying shampoo is worth a try. It’s formulated with shea-butter that’s why I love it so much. You can enjoy its benefit soon and there is a way of buying it at a more favourable price. For more details about it contact me at info@yourbeautyhair.co.uk or by clicking here.

Stay moisturized

Aftersun hair care

I spent the last week with writting about how to protect your hair from sun damages. Maybe it is time to write about what can you do if you failed to provide prevention and your hair has become dry, blowzy and faded. It happens to me every single year even though I’m trying to do my best about protection. The reason is not about using poor quality products. It is rather about being lazy or just taking it easy. I’m sure you well know what is time when I face this problem. 🙂 After my holidays. Like a good girl… I follow all the valuable advices every day  and decide to keep this habbit all along the year. And what after? When time is here I turn my back on every days’ routin, on my work and escape far from all of my duties. Because holiday is about having fun, taking days easy and sometimes just go to bed after a midnight swim without any extra care for hair. And here comes aftersun hair care.

Aftersun haircare with Your Beauty Hair

So it can easily happen to all of us and it is not a shame. Of course prevention is the best and the most effective but fortunatelly there are really good aftersun hair care solutions as well. I could write about a lot of products on this topic but I would like to share my two favourite products with you. Whenever I face such problems I reach out to a very effective moisturizing shampoo and a wonderful hairmask.
The moisturizing shampoo is perfect for aftersun hair care and for over-treated hair too. It can help you all year long about nourishing your hair and scalp in just seven days. I always had fast effects thanks to its special ingredients. Not only shea butter but cotton bloom extract can also do a lot for healthy and beautiful hair.

About the hairmask: I fell in love with it in the first minute when I opened its tube. I love the smell of it. Given it is a mask you need to leave it on your hair for some minutes so you need to take your time but it is worth to be patient. You can experience smooth, shiny and managable hair within just a short time given an innovative component, called CS7. Together with the shampoo it can be a perfect choice for aftersun hair care.

Health and beauty in summer

The sun and the sea

Summer has a lot of benefits for our health. In this season we rather go out and stay less time inside. Riding a bike or do some water sport… Sunny weather also has a really good effect on our mood and there shouldn’t be a problem about providing sufficient Vitamin D neither. Summer simply makes us more active.

Besides all the positive effects that can help us to keep our health and beauty in summer it can cause some harmful happenings too. Hair looks shiny in the summer sun but this weather can destroy the structure of hair quickly so we need to be careful if we don’t want any damages caused by the hot temperature. Keep the beauty of your hair by paying attention to the following factors.

Healthy and beautiful hair in summer

  1. Sunshine: Yes, again… UV radiaton can damage the structure of your hair and have an effect also on its colour. The damage can be even worse if you are on the seaside although you just enjoy the water. Just have a refreshing swim and you create the possibility of an increased damage. Waterdrops collect sunshine and strengthen the harmful effect. The reason is destroying the proteins in hair. Be careful also about your scalp. It can get sunburnt too.
  2. Salt water and Chlorine: Whether you go to the seaside or to a pool water itself may have a harmful effect on your hair and also on your skin. Even though sea salt can be really beneficial for skin it can also increase dryness and cause dehydration. Your hair can be tangled very easily. Chlorine is used to kill bacteria in pools (so we need it) but it has no real beneficial effects on your hair and skin. You will probably experience dry skin and it may even result rash to some persons with sensitive skin.
  3. Hair care and hair styling products: During summer it is even more important to moisturize your hair and skin. If you decide to use not the proper products all the harmful effects listed above can be worse. About hair styling it is better to wear loose styles. And of course to keep your health and beauty in summer … hide all your hot tools during this season.

Salt water and hair

Coloured and permed hair is really very vulnerable and all the damage may be more serious. Nevertheless you don’t need to let it happen. Follow these advices and reduce the harm:

  • Protect yourself from sun. Wear a hat or a cap.
  • Use special summer hair care products. You can find ones with UV protection.
  • Avoid all hot tools. No hair dryer, no flatiron.
  • Use combs made of natural material like wood instead of plastic.
  • If you like try a short hair style. It is the perfect season to do that. 😉
  • After swimming go straight to the shower and rinse yourself.
  • Moisturize
  • Strengthen your hair from inside. You can do it with drinking enough water and providing the sufficient vitamins.

Enjoy summer and keep your beauty in the same time. Should you have any questions, suggestions or remarks don’t hesitate to contact me at info@yourbeautyhair.co.uk or by clicking here.

Shampoo and conditioner in one

2 in 1 products as an option

I am just sitting in the my room looking out of the window and admire the trees in the wind while the soft sound of the neighbour’s garden fountain makes me relaxed and wondering about my holiday…instead writting my webpost 😉

2in1 shampoo can be a good option

Well, if it is like this I will really think about my holiday and find out how to pack the least stuff as poosible for the departure. Usually I prefer travelling with just a cabin bag so I am really limited regarding liquids. Maybe I am not the only one with such a problem. If I count all necessary things (like sun protection, shower gel or my favourite parfume of course… 😉 and many more) I soon need to realise that time has come to choose a 2in1 shampoo. Oppinions are different about it. Some like it while others say it is a big „no”. I will try to get more information about it in this post.

Should we use 2in1 produstc or not

2in1 shampoo was born around the 80’s and as time went by it changed in every aspect. At the beginning it was welcome given people could save some time and money by using it. Although cosmetic experts had doubts about how effective it could be people loved and believed it. Ingredients changed a lot by adding more different components like oat peptide, zinc or antifungal ingredients. However the general point of view today is rather to use separate products. And the main reasons are:

  • Shampoo and conditioner serve totally different purposes
  • They work in a totally different way
  • Cleaning is not thorough
  • The conditioning effect is not sufficient
  • Sometimes shampoo and conditioner need different time for the desired effect
  • The result may be even worse in case of too oily or to dry hair

Too dry or too oily hair don't like 2in1 products

Because of these reasonable explanations I think using a 2in1 product regularly will not make your hair as healthy and shiny as it could be but I still keep it a really good option in some cases. Just like travelling somewhere with just a little space. 😉

After these pieces of information I would say that saving some time (or space) with using 2in1 shampoo is still the strongest reason of choosing it even today. It is easier, faster and simpler. And of course… a very good option on lazy days. I soon will be in a situation when I need to make this decision, just like many many other persons going for holiday these weeks. My decision will be a special 2in1 shampoo. A product with wonderful plants exctract inside.
